1. Service Overview
Pado Data GH provides an automated digital vending platform allowing users in Ghana to purchase Virtual Top-Up (VTU) services including internet data bundles and airtime. We act as a secure intermediary between you and major telecommunication networks.
2. Account Registration
While guest purchases are permitted, certain features (like wallet funding and the Reseller Dashboard) require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Purchases and Delivery
- Accuracy: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the phone number provided for data or airtime delivery is absolutely correct. We are not liable for top-ups sent to the wrong number due to user error.
- Delivery Time: Most orders are processed instantly via automated webhooks. In the event of telecommunication network downtime, your request will be securely queued and continually attempted in the background until the provider confirms delivery.
4. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are securely processed through Paystack.
- If a transaction fails critically and the telecom provider physically rejects the delivery, the dedicated amount will be refunded automatically to your digital wallet if you are a registered user.
- Strictly, there are no refunds for successful deliveries or user-input errors (e.g., typing the wrong phone number).
5. Reseller Program
Users operating as Resellers must operate their personalized Pado Data storefronts ethically and legally. Pado Data GH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account found engaging in fraudulent behaviors, excessive chargebacks, or violations of these terms, without prior warning.
6. System Abuse
You agree not to exploit our platform, API, or automated systems. Any attempts to overload, hack, clone, or bypass our digital infrastructure or security webhooks will result in immediate permanent bans and potential referral to law enforcement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pado Data GH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including damages caused by telecommunication network outages completely outside of our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by uploading the new terms to this page. Continued use of the service implies agreement with the updated terms.
